BUYER’S PREMIUM:
There is a 10% “Buyer’s Premium”. The buyer’s premium is to be paid in addition to the hammer price. Sathers Estates reserves the right make any changes to the buyer’s premium.
CALIFORNIA SALES TAX:
All purchases are subject to the California state tax of 7.25% (calculated on the total sale, i.e. hammer price plus buyer’s premium) unless buyer has a valid exemption.
PURCHASED GOODS REMOVAL & RESPONSIBILITY:
All items not picked up at the scheduled time will be forfited. Bring help and packing materials as needed.
